Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please check the products, quantities and address carefully before you pay.
Returns and refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, or for products that have been opened or used.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, email support.skinvoura@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and its packaging. We will review your request and, where it is confirmed, arrange a replacement or refund to the original payment method.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The time they take to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.
