Where we deliver
Skinvoura ships to addresses across India. Enter your pincode and address at checkout; if delivery is not possible to your area, the checkout will tell you.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed (or, for cash on delivery orders where available, after the order is confirmed). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Delivery time
Orders are delivered within 7 days of placing the order. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by courier delays, weather, local restrictions or an incorrect address.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on orders above ₹300. For smaller orders, the shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking your order
You can follow your order at any time from My Account → Orders, or use Track Order with your order number and billing email. Shipping updates are sent to your email.
Delivery problems
If your parcel is delayed, damaged or marked delivered but not received, email support.skinvoura@gmail.com with your order number and we will look into it with the courier.
Incorrect address
Please check your address and phone number before placing the order. We are not responsible for failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address; re-shipping charges may apply.
